About the Role:

This Frontend Senior Software Engineer position offers an chance to deliver meaningful impact at GoDaddy as part of the Merchant Experiences Team. The team’s mission is to enable and support merchants through every stage of their journey on GoDaddy’s platform, creating seamless, inspiring, and reliable product interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer-facing features using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frontend technology frameworks.
• Work to improve user experiences by designing innovative, scalable solutions.
• Analyze and simplify complex frontend systems to drive incremental business value.
• Uphold high standards in software development, including code quality, security practices, modern patterns, automation, and testing.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions, contribute to on-call and release processes, and help maintain a robust codebase with strong platform reliability.

Key Technical Skills:

ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Agile, Cloud-native solutions, Testing frameworks, Git, AWS, Docker, EmberJS, Relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines

Requirements:

• 4+ years hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend engineering patterns.
• Experience working on Agile development teams.
• Expertise in developing cloud-based, scalable architectures.
• Understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD), test automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AWS, Docker, EmberJS, managed hosting tools (Wordpress, WooCommerce, cPanel, etc.), Git, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
